Things to know before booking your View Boston tickets

For View Boston Standard Tickets and View Boston Deluxe Tickets, you will have to choose a time slot to enter the attraction.
You can upgrade your admission ticket to View Boston All-Inclusive Ticket to be able to enter the attraction at any time of the day during its operating hours.
View Boston is completely wheelchair accessible. Elevators and ramps are present to help you navigate the attraction easily.
While pets are not allowed inside, all service animals are welcome.
Your admission tickets give you access to all three levels of View Boston, including all the attractions on each floor.
There are no locker facilities at View Boston. Bags & Luggage larger than 25”x17”x9” are not allowed and are subject to screening at the entrance.
Your View Boston tickets give you access to The Beacon and Stratus. You will not be able to enter either of them without displaying your admission tickets.
If you’d like to catch the sunset from the observation deck, arrive at least 1 hour before sunset as crowds tend to build up during this time.
There is no time limit to your visit. You can stay inside View Boston as long as you’d like until the closing hours. The last admission is 1 hour before the closing time.
View Boston remains open throughout the week, even through adverse weather conditions. Please note that some parts of the outdoor deck might be off-limits for safety reasons during these times.

I wish I had known more about the tickets before I purchased them. It wasn't until after I completed the transaction that I learned I couldn't get a refund. My daughter and I had one day in Boston to take a tour. Due to time constraints we couldn't make it to the ticket booth by 9:00 am and missed the window to get the tickets. I know the website states I can use the tickets before next March but why can't I just get a refund? I definitely won't be able to travel back to Boston by next March. I had a small window to visit as my father is fighting cancer. His future is uncertain and I just wish the website had provided clearer instructions and information. Now I am out $125. I would appreciate a refund in good faith.

Weather conditions were terrible so we were advised not to go up. The staff told us to ask for refund and advised us that 3rd party sellers are tricky to get refunds. I see you do not do refunds, therefore the 1 star. If there is a remedy this then great because we were excited to go up but unfortunately could not.

We could not fathom out where the stops were, we booked online and there was no clear map, the one on your website just gets fuzzy if you enlarge it. We were also on the bus which broke down and that was not handled well. A replacement bus arrived quite quickly but it all went wrong when we got to stop 1 with people made to get off and board the bus in front which was full. It was completely chaotic. Both Wiggles and Music were great as was the girl on the orange route whose name I didn't get.
